Staffing

Munchkins Pre-school has eight suitably qualified,highly experienced and long standing members of staff working across both age groups two to four year olds and four to five year olds.

  • Room Leaders
  • Assistants
  • One Domestic Assistant

We work on a ratio of one qualified adult to four/five children. Staff turnover is very low ensuring continuity of education and care for the children.

Staff regularly attend courses in various areas of the curriculum.

All eight members of staff are appropriately trained in paediatric first aid. (Paediatric First Aid Certificate - 12 Contact Hours) �

This training meets with Ofsted Requirements in Child Care Settings.
